Layers of glass are fused together before the vintage blue rose design is added and then fused once more to embed it into the glass.
 
Comes with four flags and ribbon.  Each flag measures approx. 5cm x 6cm.
 
Looks pretty hung in a window where it can catch the light.  Makes a unique and pretty gift for a birthday, anniversary or Mother's Day.
